Terms of use

Bridelifestyle.com is a wedding and lifestyle service advertising platform. This portal is used by a legal person (hereinafter - service provider), as well as a natural person (hereinafter - user).

The portal is a financial intermediary for sales transactions. It offers the products of LTD "Event Organization" - www.bridelifestyle.com (hereinafter - the Portal) - wedding bookazine, wedding planner, guide and other products that belong to bridelifestyle.com and no service providers or users are involved in its production. Users and service providers have the opportunity to purchase them on the bridelifestyle.com online store platform.

The actual sale transaction takes place between the direct buyer and www.bridelifestyle.com, via the online store's payment page or both parties mutually agree on the most convenient way of delivery and payment of the product.

General rules

  1. These terms and conditions determine the procedure and conditions for the use of the Bridelifestyle.com portal (hereinafter - the Portal) and are binding on all Bridelifestyle.com users and service providers who subscribe to the Portal services.
  2. Bridelifestyle.com is a wedding and lifestyle service advertising portal, where registered users can create an individual profile, communicate with service providers, use the budget planner, to-do list, calendar, and service provider managers. The operation of the portal is maintained and administered by LTD "Event Organization", hereinafter Bridelifestyle.com.
  3. A Bridelifestyle.com user is a natural person who registers on the portal and a legal person who subscribes to an advertising field (hereinafter - Profile) on the Bridelifestyle.com Portal.
  4. The use of the portal is considered to be the full consent of each user and service provider (hereinafter - users) to these terms, incl. any changes made to them. Bridelifestyle.com has the right to change and supplement the terms at any time. Such changes take effect upon their publication on the Portal.
  5. The user of the Portal agrees to receive information from Bridelifestyle.com about various news related to the Portal and their products.
  6. The portal reserves the right to use the images and other information posted on the portal to promote the portal and improve its recognition. 
  7. The Portal uses cookies to improve the quality of the content, make it easier to use and adapt it to the needs of the users. By using the Portal, the user agrees to the use of cookies.
  8. The administration of the portal does not and cannot take responsibility for the actions of third parties. The portal is not responsible for the users' obligations to third parties, the information submitted by users and the ownership of the photos published on the portal.
  9. It is prohibited to send for publication or to send privately to the service providers any uncoordinated advertisement or invitations and comments that insult the honour or dignity of a person, calls for violence, racial hatred or any other illegal activity. In case of violations, the profile of the user or service provider will be shut down. 
  10. If a user of the Portal is denied or restricted access to the Portal or the profile or information of this user in the profile is being deleted, then the Portal Administration reserves the right not to compensate this user for losses and not to refund payments made in connection with the paid services used on the Portal. If the administration of the Portal unilaterally decides to return the funds paid by the user, then by mutual agreement the funds are returned.
  11. The portal ensures the availability of its services to both the user and the legal service provider, according to all the criteria specified in the cooperation agreement.
  12. Bridelifestyle.com is an advertising portal for wedding and lifestyle services, where registered users can create an individual profile and legal ones can subscribe to a profile for a certain period of time - by agreement. The portal is a financial intermediary for sales transactions. The real sale transaction takes place between Bridelifestyle.com and the user, both parties mutually agreeing on the most convenient way of delivery and payment of the product or purchasing it on the online shopping platform.

Registration

  1. Registration on the Portal is done with the social network Google and / or Facebook.com profile "passports" or e-mail address. As well as with Bridelifestyle.com specifically issued access to service providers who have subscribed to the profile for its use (control panel). By registering, the user confirms that he / she uses his / her personal social portal profile for registration. 
  2. Only one Portal user profile can be created with one social portal profile. In case the user of the Portal closes his / her Bridelifestyle.com profile, it will remain registered in the database with the possibility to renew it.
  3. By registering, the service provider agrees that the information provided in his profile, including the link/-s to the social portal profile/-s, is publicly available to any user of the Portal, as well as to third parties, and that the processing of this public data does not depend on Bridelifestyle.com.
  4. By registering, the service provider confirms that the data in the user profile is true and correct.
  5. When registering, the service provider accepts that all information to be published is coordinated with Bridelifestyle.com before its publication.
  6. By registering, the user is aware that each registered user of the Portal is obliged not to disclose his / her access data to the Portal to other persons. If operations are performed on the Portal with the profile of a registered user using the correct data of the authorization access, then it is considered that the operations in the specific profile have been performed by the registered user himself.
  7. All personal data of users registered on the Portal is protected in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The processing of this data is performed in compliance with the general principles of personal data processing specified in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
  8. The portal receives and stores information about the user's web browser (including IP address, cookies) and about devices (e.g. device model, operating system, etc.).
  9. By registering on the Portal and / or using the Portal, the user confirms that he / she is informed and agrees that Bridelifestyle.com has the right to transfer the data of the specific user to law enforcement authorities, if the Portal receives appropriate request in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
  10. By registering, the user agrees that the administration of the Portal is entitled, at its own discretion, including without prior notice, to suspend the profile of registered users of the Portal Bridelifestyle.com and / or delete the information contained therein, if it does not comply with the terms of use, in this case when no liability is carried.
  11. By registering, the user agrees that the administration of the Portal is entitled, at its own discretion, including without prior notice, to restrict the functions of the profile of registered users of the portal Bridelifestyle.com, if the actions performed in the profile do not comply with the terms of use, in this case when no liability is carried.
  12. By registering, the user agrees that the administration of the Portal is entitled, at its own discretion, including without prior notice, to issue a warning to the profiles of registered users of the Portal if signs of fraud are detected.
  13. By registering, the user agrees that the administration of the Portal is entitled, at its own discretion, including without prior notice, to issue a warning to the profiles of registered users of the Portal if its owner is suspected of being directly linked to another profile in which fraudulent activities have taken place.
  14. By registering, the user agrees that the administration of the Portal is entitled to publish the name of the person identified in the profile, if it is considered in good faith that this is necessary to prevent or assist in the investigation of possible violations, such as fraud. The profile user will be denied editing options and access to personal data.
  15. If signs of fraud have been detected in the user's profile and a warning has been issued to him / her, no losses will be refunded to this user of the Portal as well as payments made in connection with the paid services used on the Portal will not be refunded.

Distance contract for the supply and purchase of products

  1. These Terms (hereinafter - the Terms) are an agreement between LTD "Event Organization" and the service buyer (hereinafter - the User).
  2. The portal is maintained and administered by LTD "Event Organization", registration No. 42103086541, registered office: Vidzemes street 2-9, Ogre, Latvia, LV-5001, hereinafter - Bridelifestyle.com).
  3. Bridelifestyle.com provides information society services provision and sells the bookazine and planner on the portal www.bridelifestyle.com (hereinafter - the Portal).
  4. The User has the opportunity to receive the services offered on the Portal after the User has agreed to the relevant terms and has made a prepayment for the service.The price of each service is indicated next to its description. All prices are in euros and include value added tax, unless otherwise stated in the service description. Delivery payment is indicated separately.
  5. The user has the opportunity to pay for the service by choosing one of the remote payment methods offered on the Portal. Bridelifestyle.com provides the User with the opportunity to use the service immediately after the payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the service description. And, in case of an advertising profile - after communication, information coordination with the portal service employee. As well as the delivery of the products, taking into account delivery service time and distance to the address.
  6. The user is not entitled to use the right of withdrawal as soon as the use of the service has started, as the distance contract has been concluded for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a durable medium.
  7. The user has the opportunity to use the right of withdrawal if a physically tangible product is purchased and it does not meet the specified requirements.
  8. Payment for the digital service means the fact of ordering the service and the User's irrevocable consent to the Terms.
  9. The terms are not saved, but are available before the purchase is confirmed.
  10. The Terms are binding together with other specified information about the Service and other terms of use of the Portal. These Terms come into force at the moment when the User has paid for the service.
  11. Bridelifestyle.com has the right to amend and improve the Terms at any time at its own discretion. The changes take effect when they are published on the Portal.
  1. These regulations describe the procedure by which LTD "Event Organization", hereinafter - the Portal, processes personal data.
  2. These terms and conditions are applicable if the user of the Portal uses, has used or has expressed a wish to use the services provided by the Portal, or is otherwise related to the services provided by the Portal, including in relations with the user, established before the entry into force of these terms.
  3. To register on the Portal, you need to create your own profile or subscribe to an ad profile - service providers. Registration is done with the social platform Gmail, e-mail address and / or Facebook.com profile "passport", which will be used to log in to the Portal in the future. Before registration, you must provide your basic information, such as name, surname, email address.
  4. After creating a profile, a service provider can send and receive messages in their mailbox, use the budget planner, service provider manager, to-do list, calendar, contact the Bridelifestyle.com service department about the necessary changes in the advertising profile or to place additional advertising. A reminder about a new message in your service provider mailbox will be sent to your provided email address.
  5. An ordinary registered user can receive news in their mailbox, use a budget planner, service provider manager, to-do list. The user can provide any contact information that is most convenient for him / her to receive a message from the service provider. If the message arrives in the mailbox Bridelifestyle.com, the reminder will be sent to the user's provided email address.
  6. The website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are created by a website and transmitted to the browser on the user's device when you visit the website. The browser used by the user sends the information back to the website on each subsequent visit so that the website recognizes the user and remembers the user's settings (such as user ID, language, etc.). By using the Website, the user agrees to the use of cookies.
  7. The Portal receives information about the devices that the user uses to access the Portal (e.g. device type, operating system, web browser, IP address).
  8. When making payments for the services available on the Portal, information related to such transactions is processed.
  9. The Portal communicates with the Portal user using the contact information provided by the user - email address, telephone no. etc.
  10. If the user wishes to subscribe to the Portal news, the Portal will use the user's email address to send informative emails. The user can register for these informational emails on the registration page. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (see "Unsubscribe from the newsletter" section).
  11. The portal processes personal data and other information provided by the user in order to:
    1. maintain and improve the services provided by the Portal;
    2. personalise offers, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of advertising;
    3. verify the identity and prevent illegal use of profiles, as well as ensure a secure environment of the Portal;
    4. to protect the interests of other users (for example, if the Portal is used to perform illegal activities).
  12. The data in the user profile is private. They are only visible to the user.
  13. The content in the service provider's profile, including the link to the user's social portal profile/-s, is publicly available to all other users of the Portal, as well as to third parties.
  14. The portal offers the possibility to search for other service providers and their profiles. Users can view them. Users and service providers have the ability to follow other service provider profiles.
  15. The content published on the Portal can be viewed on both a computer and a smart device, so such content can be stored on those devices using the capabilities of the Portal, browser or devices. Profile subscribers or service providers only need to send content that can be seen by other users.
  16. The Portal may process non-personal information, such as the number of users of the Portal.
  17. The user's personal data may be transferred to third parties in accordance with the cases and in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments, for example, if the Portal has received a request from a law enforcement authority or to report illegal activity.
  18. User data in a limited amount (telephone number and e-mail) may be transferred to courier service providers if the Portal user arranges sending services in the Portal system. The provision of data is a prerequisite for receiving the sending service.

  20. The provision of personal data is a prerequisite for creating a profile and receiving services.
  21. The user has the right to choose the privacy level of his / her profile and adjust it accordingly in the section "My profile" (correct or delete the data and content specified in the profile), unless illegal activities have been detected in the profile. In that case, in order to protect the interests of other users and Bridelifestyle.com, a warning is issued to the user's profile, in some cases the profile is shut down and the editing option of the data published in the profile is restricted.
  22. The user of the portal has the right to suspend the operation of his profile at any time by closing or deactivating it. After closing the profile, the profile information is no longer publicly available, but it remains registered in the database with the possibility for the user to renew it again.
  23. When visiting the website, the user is informed that cookies are being used. By closing this notification, the user of the device confirms that he has read and agrees to the cookies policy. If desired, cookies can be controlled and deleted. You can set some browsers to block cookies from being placed on your device. In this case, the user must manually adjust the settings each time they visit the Portal, and additionally, some services and features may not work.

 

Deleting an account

  1. To delete your user account on the Portal, go to the "My Profile" section and look for the "Delete" link. After shutting down your profile, your user profile will be deleted and will not be public.
  2. After closing the profile and deleting the information from the profile, it is no longer visible to other users, however, the information of the specific profile and all data are stored in the Portal database, so that a new profile cannot be registered with the existing data,as well as it could be renewed with all previously entered information, which has been checked and entered by the Bridelifestyle.com administrator.
  3. Before closing a service provider's profile, they are contacted about their wish to renew their subscription. If subscription is not renewed, all information will be saved in draft, but will not be publicly available to users and the profile will be shut down.
