I'm Alexandra, a Portuguese bridal hair and makeup specialist from Portugal with more than 10 years of weddings. I'm located in the north of Portugal, although available to travel all over the country for destination weddings.

When someone compliments how beautiful you look instead of your hair and makeup - I've reached my goal.

Style

My style and work are influenced by my academic background of Fashion and Communication Sciences. I've worked with fashion, portrait photography and mostly brides. Art has always been a part of my life and inspiration in bridal hair and makeup. By creating a customized hair and makeup look, everything has to harmonize - Dress, flowers, accessories and your personality. Everything has to come together and not outshine you or each other.

I keep up with and love trends, but my work has always a less is more approach catering to a forever beauty eternalized by your Photography team. On the other hand, my kit is ever changing with new products enabling new techniques for a best of the best result.

Skin preparation is an essential part of my bridal services. The "ritual" of prepping the skin allows an optimal makeup application and an added relaxing time for my bride. This is the secret for an amazing photogenic skin.
