What type and style of organizing do we offer?
Dubrovnik Event is a full-service destination wedding agency dedicated to creating complete, beautifully coordinated celebrations from the couple’s first idea to the final moment of their wedding day. We do not offer partial planning; instead, we take full responsibility for every element of the event, including overall design, budgeting, vendor management, communication, logistics, and complete on-site coordination. Throughout the process, we serve as the couple’s personal wedding planning partners, guiding them with ideas, advice, and local expertise while ensuring that every detail reflects their unique story. Our approach is rooted in consistency, clear communication, and a commitment to “leaving nothing to chance,” making each celebration effortless, memorable, and truly personal.

What are the prices of our service based on and what are the criteria?
Our planning fee is 4,000 € including all taxes. For events with an overall budget above 40,000 €, or in cases in which a couple books the venue independently, the planning fee is calculated as 10% of the total event bill, with accommodation costs excluded from this percentage. To secure the selected date, a retainer deposit of 2,000 € is required. Venues generally require a deposit between 1,000 and 2,500 €, and individual vendors may request their own deposit once their services have been confirmed.
The overall cost of the event depends on several elements, including the size of the celebration, the chosen venue, styling and décor requirements, floral design, entertainment and music, photography and videography, transportation, and any accompanying pre- or post-event activities. Because each event is fully customized, the final price reflects the level of detail and the specific vision that the couple wishes to bring to life. The full invoice is settled one month before the event to ensure that every arrangement is confirmed and flawlessly prepared.
Reservation: how early should couples apply?
Couples are encouraged to reserve their date as early as possible, preferably 12 to 18 months in advance, in order to secure their preferred venue and vendors and to enjoy a relaxed and efficient planning process. A period of 6 to 12 months can also be suitable, depending on availability and seasonality. While smaller celebrations and elopements may be arranged in a shorter time frame, early reservation is still recommended, especially during peak months in Dubrovnik.
