Ours & Beyond offers full wedding planning services with a thoughtful, personalized, and discreet approach. Each project is curated with intention, presence, and respect for the couple’s story, values, and vision.

What type and style of organizing do you offer?

I offer full wedding planning services, providing complete and personalized support in all areas related to wedding planning. This includes sourcing and coordinating all wedding-related suppliers, such as ceremony planning, decoration, destination weddings, floristry, rentals, and consultancy.

I support my couples throughout the entire process, from technical visits and planning meetings to event coordination, celebrations, and overall guidance. My role is to accompany each couple from the first idea to the final gesture, ensuring a seamless and emotionally meaningful experience.

What are the prices of your service based on and what are the criteria?

My fees are tailored to each project and depend on several factors, including the location of the event (Portugal or abroad), the size and complexity of the wedding, and the duration of the celebration.

For example, a one-day wedding requires a different level of structure, planning, and on-site coordination than a multi-day celebration, such as a three-day event. These elements are carefully considered and reflected in the service structure and pricing.

Reservation – How early should couples apply before the event?

To ensure proper planning, availability, and a high level of presence throughout the process, couples are encouraged to get in touch between 12 and 18 months in advance of their wedding date.
