Elisabetta Riccio, owner of Ellie Ro Studio, is a Storyteller, an award-winning documentary photographer specialized in destination weddings, elopement and editorial.
Graduated in Architecture first and later in Photography from the European Institute of Design, she specialized in photography with a master’s degree in Visual Storytelling at the ICP in Ny. Love has always had a huge influence on her and has always guided her steps. That is why she decided to devote her work to telling stories about emotions - and what is more powerful and true than telling a story of love?

From her early beginnings as a documentary and editorial’s photographer betwen Milan & New York, she brought her search for beauty into weddings to create timeless stories in Italy and around the world. Elisabetta is involved in wedding photography for more than 13 years, she shoot more than 300 weddings visiting more then 30 countries.

I’m always in search of the most charming narrative moments to share through my pictures. I love to catch people spontaneously, playing with natural light, capturing the most intimate and truest moments. I am always looking for those magic moments that reflect the authenticity of the heart and its true emotions. There’s nothing more powerful than capturing true happiness where the smiles, and sometimes tears, are real and heartfelt. I will tell the story of your love on tiptoe, quiet but always close beside you. I will capture every smile, every embrace, every happy tear, the toasts and the laughter. I will photograph you and your love.

I take particular care of the details, because every single detail makes the difference. For me, it’s so important that my couple enjoy themselves and have fun while we shoot our pictures. I go with the flow, capturing the natural and spontaneous beauty of people and places by staying in the background, almost invisible.

I've traveled to over 30 countries, spent time living in New York City and now I’m back in my beautiful Italy to document the most charming, exclusive, unique and creative weddings.

I accept a very limited number of weddings per year, so most clients inquire well in advance to reserve their desired date. It’s important to me and my team to devote plenty of time and all our attention to each couple, not only during the photo shoot but also in the planning and post-production phase. All packages are customized according to your wishes and needs. A quote will be created a la carte just for you, ensuring an elegant and truly memorable experience.
