Hello, my name is Carlotta, I am a Destination Wedding Planner in Italy and owner of CARLOTTA CIOFFI EVENTS.

CARLOTTA CIOFFI EVENTS is an agency based in Rome. We create luxury events in Italy, we offer a complete and personalized wedding planning service for couples who wish to invest in a quality service. A limited number of events and weddings are planned to be organized during each year, this allows the agency to offer each couple unlimited communication, constant personalized assistance and individual attention.

Style

Our style is modern and minimal, with a twist. We love taking care of the design of the event to make it unique in every detail, we will develop a project that talks about you and your story to make it special, we will do it together "step by step". We want your wedding to convey your unique energy, while being an authentic and timeless experience. The color palette and style that best represents you will be defined and everything will take shape from there. A "fil rouge" will be the conductor of your big day so that everything is extremely coordinated.

Prices and quotes

Prices depend on the type of wedding, the number of guests, where and when the event will take place and many other information. This is why I only create personalized proposals, we always start with an introductory video call (lasting about half an hour) to understand the couple's desires and affinities. It is very important in our vision.

Reservation

It depends, for a wedding at least 1 year before, for an elopement or an anniversary even 6 months can be fine.
