I'm Urko Linaza, a wedding filmmaker based in Barcelona, creating cinematic and documentary wedding films for couples across Catalonia and destination weddings around the world.

My approach is simple: keep your eyes open and let the day tell its own story. I don't stage moments — I stay close, sensitive to the emotions unfolding around me, so the laughter, the glances and the quiet in-between moments come through exactly as they happened. Every film is edited to match your own style and musical taste, so the result feels unmistakably yours, not a template.

I work across some of Catalonia's most beautiful venues — from countryside masías and coastal estates to historic castles — and travel internationally for destination weddings. Drone footage is available when the location allows it, adding another layer to the story.

Because I take on a limited number of weddings each year, I recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for peak-season and destination dates.

What type and style of videography do you offer?

I offer full wedding-day storytelling — from getting-ready and ceremony through speeches and the first dance — delivered as a cinematic highlight film and/or a short trailer. My style sits between documentary and cinematic: unscripted, observational coverage of real moments, edited with a refined, film-like finish and set to each couple's own music. Elopements, destination weddings and engagement sessions are also available on request.

What are the prices of your service based on and what are the criteria?

Pricing depends on the scope of coverage: number of hours or days filmed, the deliverables requested (trailer only, full film, or both), and whether the wedding takes place outside Barcelona. Destination weddings include travel, accommodation and any additional equipment or crew, calculated and quoted transparently before booking. Films are delivered digitally through a private online gallery.

In what environment / place do you shoot?

I shoot wherever the wedding calls for it — countryside masías, coastal venues, historic castles and city venues across Catalonia — indoors and outdoors, in daylight and after dark for evening receptions. Drone footage is included when the venue and weather permit. For destination weddings abroad, travel and any extra logistics are arranged case by case.
