Our Catering Manager, Vincent Thomas, is responsible for ensuring the smooth organisation and logistics of our service, catering to the needs of our customers. Our Maîtres d'Hôtel are available to assist you throughout your event, and the front-of-house team is staffed accordingly to minimise any wait times.
We aim to make your event as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with our teams available to help you during each service. Every meal is pre-planned ahead of the event, and the menu is customised for all guests, including those with allergies or dietary requirements.
